With these sympton, you should go to a doctor. Frequent urination could be a sign of bladder infection or diabetes. The cramps could be a number of things.

You better go to the doctor right away! My wife had something similar to this pain and it ended up being a pancreatitis. The pain was at its highest when she ate, and was less when she didn't. This can be very serious if untreated.

Also could be a kidney infection. Especially if your lower back is hurting a lot.

I don't know for sure what you have, but if it bothers you enough to lose sleep over and ask this question on yahoo answers you should be going to the doctor asap.

If you are incredibly adamant against seeing a doctor, then I suggest you take a powerful anti-gas pill you can pickup at the pharmacy over the counter. Once this doesn't work, GO TO THE HOSPITAL.

Good luck and I hope it isn't serious,

m

It could be a kidney infection, kidney stones, gall bladder troubles, etc. I suffered for nearly a whole year with gall stones because, like you, I was afraid to go to the doctor and find out that it was basically 'nothing'. When I finally went, I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. Don't wait that long. Honestly, four days of pain is too long, your body is trying to tell you that something is wrong and you need to pay attention.

Is it stomach, back, or both? Frequent urination, I would lean towards two options....one is a UTI (bladder infection), which usually burn upon urination, causes pain in the lower back and somewhat in the stomach sometimes....The other thing I would check is whether or not you are pregnant. Something to think about.

If it's upper stomach pain on the left side, it could be gall stones. If it's upper stomach pain in the middle, it's probably indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn related symptoms.
If it's lower stomach, it could be gas, period cramps, or ovulation cramps. I know ovulation cramps sound weird, but I had them and was put on birth control....never had those pains again.
Also, have had BAD, like doubled over pains in my upper stomach. Dr. thought it was gall stones but it turns out I have acid reflux/indigestion. Was put on prescribed meds (when needed), and it went away.
Could be UTI.

Take a pregnancy test. I had pains on the right side only. It was sharp, shooting pains. If that comes up negative, see a doctor asap.
