There are a few ways to do it. You can FTP it to an FTP site and let them d/l from there. You can set it up on a P2P site or program such as Limewire or Kazaa. Or you can upload it (in pieces, best bet is rar files) to a website such as www.rapidshare.de or www.megaupload.com

You can use box.net which is free and can act as a webdrive. 1G free diskspace. You can share large files with others over the internet.

gmail allows large file, also yahoo does too I think
