Personally, I hold my mind and my thoughts and feelings as the most sacred.
My family is sacred to me. My ability to love is sacred. And so on.

So many things to me are sacred in my life. My spirituality, The deep seated love I have for my family and close friends.
The morals and values that I learned from from doing things "the hard way", my memories and past is very sacred to me.. These are the the things that make my life abundant.. I always say, with these things, just know that if I died today, I have lived a fulfilled life and have died a happy individual!

What in my life that is most sacred is the sanctity of family. I cherish my family over most everything except God. I believe that if when you are a child you are raised with parents who instill in you the importance of loving your blood family then you will probably grow up to understand the sanctity of family. In my life the most sacred family members were my grandparents. I know people whose children never met their grandparents, and I think those children have missed much.

Although I get caught up in the mundane occasionally and forget to remember, it would have to be the connection with all that is and the unconditional love that resides there.
