Is it possible to be a white-skinned woman in Benin(Western-Africa) which Southern edge touches the Atlantic Oncean.

I am white and have been to West Africa including Benin. Why would it not be possible? They are a very nice and warm people. They may be curious about you but no harm will come to you because you are white. Major cities in the U.S. are much more dangerous for "white" women than Benin, Togo or Ghana. Go with an open heart but be careful as the men will want to marry you so they can become citizens of the U.S. or European countries.
