Gosh So many...I guess I'm a crybaby as I like listening to songs that bring sentimental memories or have lyrics that pull your heartstrings.
a few:
You Are My Sunshine
(the one that's almost a lyrical lullaby and goes You Are my sunshine, my only sunshine...you make me happy when skies are gray.)

Volvere (or Volvere Bachata) - D.L.G. (Dark Latin Groove)
Don't Take the Girl- Tim McGraw
Dont Change - Musiq Soulchild
Forever and Ever, Amen - Randy Travis (all of his Songs will tear your heart up)
Refugio de Amor - Chayenne and Vanessa Williams
How Come, How Long- Babyface and Stevie Wonder
When I said I Do - Clint Black and Lisa Hartman Black
Walked Outta Heaven- Jagged Edge (or anything by J.E. will tear up your heart)
The Dance - Garth Brooks
Dance With My Father - Luther Vandross
Smoke Rings In the Dark - Gary Allan

I remember a song that was popular at the time when I went through a breakup was by Three Doors Down, Here w/out You.
I totally could FEEL that song! I cried a lot hearing it. I don't cry anymore when I hear it though.
