Drop Dead Fred. It's an awesome movie. Just check it out. I like the psychological drama. That is basically what it is. Other good movies are Watership Down, Sliding Dooors, House of Cards, Me Vie en Rose, The Color Purple, Heaven Can Wait and Field of Dreams.

How about "Return to Paradise" (1998...Joaquin Phoenix, Vince Vaughn, Anne Heche).... It's one of my all time favorites cause it's full of paradox and suspense and it's not escapist or gimmicky... and it basically explores the meaning of personal responsibility and what in the end really motivates us, and why it's ok to be only human after all, with all our frailties, and why that is still the most exalted state of all. Two buddies are forced to decide if they will make a great personal sacrifice to help out a third buddy who is in trouble because of them.

Definitely "Lady in the Water". Another one of Shyamalan's great movies. It has suspense, drama, and humor. It's NOT a horror movie but the principle behind it is something everyone should know.

Unquestionably "Roman Holiday"......its a gem in all respects and classic of all time. Its about a bored Princess roaming on the roads of Rome in disguise....and met a fellow who is, by accident, a press reporter hunting for a scoop or assignment to trace out the Princess.....Interesting stuff....Don't miss.
