vice city for ps2 good soundtrack
gta 3 was good, but vice city got the motorcycle and helicopter
then san andreas went over the top with jets and airplanes...and working out at the gym?...lol

I say Vice City due to the fact that I love the whole 80's feel to the game. The music was awesome, the story was great, and the dialog was hilarious at times. Also, the game itself wasn't too big where it would take an hour to get to the other side of the city. The missions were really good and didn't take too much time/effort to complete.
