It looks more like "GOO" to me. Don't believe in such superstitions. Only in America can you sell a slice of toast for over a dollar and have the shipping cost 4 dollars! LOL!

Easily done. Just put foil in the shape of the words you want to appear on the toast and put it in a toaster oven. Then, as the toast toasts, it will get "tan lines" leaving the image where the toast didn't get toasted.

It looks like someone either toasted this peice of bread with a blow tourch or similar item or they caused cold spots on the filament of a toaster to get it to create the word God.

I just made a piece of toast just like that in my own toaster. I squirted the word onto the bread with a syringe and toasted it. I'm pretty sure it wasn't an act of god And mine actually says GOD and not GOO like the one in the picture.
Now I'm going to butter it and eat it.

yeah just place somthing over the bread as it toasts in whatever shape you want and a reverse shadow appears as you toast it.

sure if you put something over the toast before you toast it, something that resists the toasting, but its stupid to believe its some kind of message.
