After working a whole year to buy a video Ipod, it got stolen. Any Idea on how I could get it back or be refunded by Apple?

Go to apple, and ask for equepment protection, (you ussually have to pay monthly), then wait one week and tell them you lost your ipod. Then they give you your ipod, (because you lost it) That is what I did. Hope my answer helps

Offer a large money prize, and wait for the culprit to come back and try to "sell" you back your own iPod, then proceed to beat him severely with an aluminum baseball bat, while at the same time recovering your lost iPod...

on the back of every ipod there is like a serial code thing, try to remember yours, or go inot your itunes file on the computer. then call apple and give them the serial code. thats what i did when i lost mine on vacation and that what i did. && i never payed some monthyl fee or w.e

no no dmans wrong..... INSTEAD OF USING AN ALUMINUM BAT USE A CROWBAR THEN KICK HIM REALLY HARD AS HARD AS U CAN THEN TAKE BACK UR IPOD GO BACK THE SPIT ON HIM. oh the first guy has apoint thats a smaert a idea just dont get caught

You might have got a satisfying answer from the above answers but remember when u get ur iPod back remember it to keep it safe
I think ur an american or european cuz losing iPod is common there
but in India we keep em safely.Few people at my college don't know what an iPod is because of ignorance and it's gr8 luxury here(mp3 players).they seem to b expensive cuz the cost of living is extremly cheap here.For instance my college fee here is just $600.
