Motorola Razr V3 uses MP3 ringtones.
One way to get ringtones to your phone would be to make them from music on your hard drive with a 3rd party program like "mp3 to ringtone gold", or "Ringtone Chop Shop" (just google those names for download info). Then go to a site like http://www.funformobile.com/pages/ringtone/uploadRingtone.php
to upload them to your phone number (multimedia messaging charges may apply). I would recommend to keep the file size under 300 kb.

You can download ringtones from the internet. Just do a search for Razr ringtones. You'll pay $1.99-$2.99 for each one.
