I have been a stay-at-home parent for a very long time. Currently I am working part-time with low pay...however I am assigned many projects. I have seen several colloge students hire for more wages and benefits all the while they leave in 3 to 6 months. My work ethic is strong and something that I pride myself on. They come in wondering where to eat lunch. What is the deal?

They come in wondering where to eat lunch. I don't understand this, could be that it is late and I need to get off of the computer. But let me see about the question it's self.

The mature adult would be the most logical answer. But for some reason I know that the young person has potential and I might opt to give them a chance instead.

Its Hollywood's fault worshiping the young! Our society is crazy through away the older, instead of learning from them? What a shame! Its all about the looks. I am not sure what its all about, maybe the money? People don't like to look at older people because then they have to live in reality? Who knows?! I know what you mean though!
