He was supposed to be doing a roof estimate in one town, but ended up in a completely different town at a party with his brother. He left at 5:00 p.m. and it is 11:30 p.m.

Well how do you know he's with his brother even? When men lie they usually lie big (I'm a man so I can vouch for that) ... and using his brother as a human shield is the first real sign that there's something more to this. Honestly, I'd love to give you advice about how you need to communicate, etc. but quite frankly ... go out and spend the night with a friend and come back whenever you want. Hopefully when you're out you find a man who appreciates you and honors vows.

I wouldn't be asking a bunch of people on the Internet what to do for starters. Call the party and make sure he left. If he has...give it another couple of hours....if he's not around by 1 or 2am...you can assume he's been in an accident..or has stopped for a few more elsewhere. Start calling hospitals working from the town he was in to the town you're in now.
Don't call the cops until you're sure there's a problem. I'm not condoning DUI..but you really don't wanna have your husband getting into legal problems if it's not warranted. He might not have had that much to drink..and got legitimately sidetracked and you don't need legal grief in your life if you don't deserve it. He could end up getting pulled over and getting hauled over the coals for just having boze on his breath. Ya..ya..there's legal limits and all..but it's just trouble you don't need.

Do you have any reason or desire to miss trust him. It may be a guys party. Just a harmless get together. Don't take the advice of those vindictive old sows that always think the worst of there men because they think they are as dishonest as they are. You will feel better about yourself if you give him the benefit of the doubt now and everything turns out OK. If it doesn't, you have the rest of your life to settle things. Without trust there is NO love. Without trust, love withers and dies.

I think if he was up to something you wouldn't know he was out having some fun. Maybe he just wanted to spend some time with his brother and just let loose. Don't worry about it now, ask him about it later but not in an angry tone. Just let him know you were concerned. And be sure he gets the estimate done!

wouldn't it be funny if you weren't home when he got there, if you came back AFTER he got home. Do you have a place to go at this time of the night? Neighbor? Relative? NOT a bar, or any party place - you want to remain above all suspicion. His reaction to that late but innocent arrival would tell you everything.

Well give him the benefit of the doubt. I mean nobody's perfect. He may have to sleep on the couch for a while but otherwise just don't jump to conclusions unless this has been consistent.

If he skipped his job for a party you have a right to be upset at him. Especially if he said he was doing one thing and ended up doing another and not telling you. That's just not fair.

If it is the first time this has happened, see if you can rectify the situation by talking about it. If it continues to happen do some investigating of your own or just call CHEATERS and have him followed.

He is drunk, call him and *****. When he does get home and passes out, pour some water on the bed so he thinks he wet himself. Also deflate a tire so he thinks he was driving drunk like that. Will teach a lesson.
