I say, let's toss out all the politicians and bring in people who want to do what is best for our country and our world.
I'm for fiscally conservative and socially liberal policies. If that means Libertarian, then bring on a good candidate.

Sorry, can't do it. Libertarians are just LINO (Libertarians in name only). They are just Republicans to the extreme. There needs to be some involvement by the government, otherwise the people with money would have even more control than they do now. Restoring freedoms is just a spin term for "screw the poor."

If you support the Party you need to work hard in your local community to get Libertarian candidates nominated and elected. Donate to your local Libertarian candidates and volunteer on their campaigns. Get involved in your local Libertarian Executive Committee and start getting your message out.
As candidates start filling up the seats at the local level you can start moving your efforts towards state… and then national candidacies. Going straight for state/federal is very hard because you have to build up the movement first!
Good luck.
(P.S. I am a Republican but I can relate to many of the views of the Libertarian Party)

Sorry...
You havn't a chance without big money.
Libertarian is enticing but it has alot of flaws.
What do you think would happen if you gave every kid above 18 a syringe and some heroine?

I could be, if one of the freedoms is that I have the liberty to deal with those who abuse freedom and end up harming me in the process.

Both Parties have proven to be utterly useless. Like all the posturing they did about our Borders, then later "oops" forgot to vote the funding to do anything about it. Typical politicians.

Or, you could become a neo-federalist or a neo-whig. Wouldn't that be interesting?
