He strikes me as just a tad on the bigoted and homophobic side. Ok, more than a tad. I know it's really wrong for me to enjoy that he has had something bad happen to him, but he could have killed someone. There, that's my justification.

So, why do you think that he is bigoted and homophobic? What does driving under the influence have to do with either of those things? Your question seems to say that. To my knowledge he has never done anything to make me think that he is bigoted or homophobic. I hate the term homophobic. In today's world, if someone even disagrees with a homosexual or says they do not approve of the gay lifestyle, they are labeled a homophobic. I think that gays are just as close-minded as everyone else.

Oh calm down. Nothing new that a celebrity was been stopped for drunk driving. After all those award after-hour parties, I'm sure there are plenty others who do the same thing, just don't get caught.
