Hi Gabby, I'm not in the age bracket...I'm over. I'm 51 and I started to notice in my 30's and 40's but didn't do anything. Now at 51 I am. My daughter in law had me try an Anti-Aging line of face cleanser and after I gave it back to her in about 10 days I called her and bought my own. The stuff is great! My daughter who is 30 is now using it. She had just said to me...Mom I'm getting wrinkles! I told her to start using the NutriMin C RE9 and now both of us are getting compliments. They have a whole line of skin care products and so far everything I have tried has done what it says it's going to do. You can find these products at www.wonderful.myarbonne.com The only thing is they only ship in the US and Canada. Now is the time for you 30's and 40 somethings to start using the Anti-Aging products...just make sure you are using a good one. Good luck to all of you.

The best way is unrestricted sex with a guy who answers your question on YAHOO ANSWERS... and his name has to be JUST.... ok, not biting huh?

In my 30's (36) and I have noticed a BIG change in my body and the effects things that never had an effect on it before have done (like your mind if that last sentence made any sence to you)

Work out, stay active and eat good ....sounds boring, but it's the best thing you can do. I had a neighbor who was 52 but she looked no older than 33 I mean she looked AWESOME.... but she was very active and ate good. (Oh yeah and she had sex with .... oh never mind it never works LOL)

Enjoy the aging thing ... it only happens once!

Oh yeah, I worry about it alot (in secret) ... I'm looking at the skin on my legs right now, and I'm freaking out. It used to be so smooth!

I think we just have to drink lots of water, exercise, eat right ... all the normal crap. Genes has a lot to do with it ... and my mom is still a hottie, so I may be ok after all.

I turned 40 last Sept. and it seems like I have fallen apart. I have had hernia surgery in January, and carpal tunned surgery in April this year. My mind is gone also. It took me ten minutes to remember what the second surgery was!!!

First, for your skin...stay out of the sun! Drink lot's of water, and use moisturizer. For your body, start with the exercising now. Build tone and muscle and keep it up.
