Well lets face it. The human race is ruining the world. We are not ok. Of course things are bad. And yes it can be corrected, but too many things are wrong. Too many people are criminal and too much garbage going on.

How do we correct it? What do you mean by lets just live in peace and accept each other? the problem is not you. The problem is them. Those people who think they are right and know it all and are causing all the problems.

YOu may be one person wanting to live and let live but everyone is not like that and would you like to live with a criminal or a pedophile next door? Dont you think people should be punished for the wrong doing?

Yes things are very wrong in the world and a lot of people are blinded by the liars and the cheats.

I am very upset. I am sure you are too otherwise you would not have raised the subject. And it is a very serious matter. The war could go both ways.

So lets hope someone comes up with some brilliant answers because the problems are huge.

Wow a question on normality.
The world is becoming unstable as the west becomes paranoid about the running out of fossil fuels, therefore the north wants to control it.
Can we live in peace? Not yet. Perhaps when energy is free and people no longer starve or feel the need to fight over land mass or religion.
What do we do about it? Live the best we can in the world around us, do what you think is right and leave people to live their life the way they want.
What else can we do?

this is a very good queation. No is my answer it not ok.I have this feeling that there covering up everything thats really going on with all the other B.S. It's so much going on in todays time that you really cant do nothing but carry on day to day.To having to live in it no its all by choice to be in the place and position you are in.The best country in the world for some can be the worst for others. But i take pride in my country.i beleive that the end is near for the lies and tricks. You cant keep covering trash with more trash.the wars and fighting is going as far as they want it.Beleive me it all about more.People power just want more.More power that is.The only way they feel they conquer that is through distruction of the foreign and domestic. So peace to you and all God bless.

The world took a wrong turn in the early 20th century, and people haven't yet figured out, despite all the signs along this road, that we've spent a lot of time, money, and energy going the wrong way. The world is upside down and everybody is in the wrong place. Treason prospers, and so does whining.

Well, I guess it is normal for a world at war....not normal for a world at peace....
The world defines its own normal...so it is always normal...whatever is current is normal...
But that doesn't mean it is good...just because it is normal.
The world is not a good place to be right now...it is scarey all over!!!
I guess if you want to know what we should do about it....You should read what everyone said when Bono asked how to cure poverty...or Steven Hawking's question about one hundred years in the future.

I don't know, but I have wondered the same kind of thing. I mean, I am young, and I know wars have gone on all thoroughout our history in the USA, but were they as big or as bad as the war going on constantly in the middle east? this much controversy? And the middle east wars are just the begining of the problems going on on earth!

I think it's degrading. And we can help and love others. But in general I think it's going downhill and we can't really stop that, because a lot of the world's destruction is our fault. We are imperfect beings and I think we're getting worse...but we can still continue to love one another.
