google is the best universal resource. Just type in a question and you will probably get a good site with the answer
yahoo groups is another way to find good sites for a particular problem
just find the group that deals with your subject matter
For example if you want to answer a question about jeeps
look for jeep groups
A good site for computer questions is techsupportguy
