Why is it that the most outspoken jackasses on the floor all come from the Northeast. At least Ted Kennedy and Charles Schumer have a legitimate excuse: they represent important states with millions of people. Biden on the other hand represents, what, 700,000 people? What an asshole. He better not run for president in 2008 because I have no confidence whatsoever in the electorate of this country. After all, we elected and re-elected Dubya in 2000 and 2004.

I disagree. Ted 'Chappaquddick' Kennedy is the biggest windbag physically. Maybe Robert 'KKK' Byrd gives him run for his money as far as wasting SO MUCH time on the Senate floor without any point to his ramblings whatsoever. Yes, our tax dollars at work.

Well apparently someone in Delaware thinks he's pretty bright. He's been in Congress for more than thirty years now, and you don't see people in Delaware demanding a recall. And these people are allowed to vote for President.
