i never heard of anyone actually praying to santa so since hes just a commercial figure used to spread goodwill i think Jesus would be ok with that.

Or , the way we do christmas? With a tree to worship, and santa for a bag man, and all those orniments, and , what is with that Xmas stuff? How bout Easter? it is a pagan holy day about a goddess names dianna, the god of fertility , which happened the year christ was nurdered about the same time as the Passover called The Year Of Jubilee Passover, a high holy day that only happened every 49 years.. How about those patriots who hold thier flag as a holy thing-- "Don't you dare burn My Flag, my god". St Nick is small potatoes, but more people will not catch the rapture than most people think. Except for the FACT that salvation is by the Blood of the Lamb and Faith in His Love, no one would be saved..

Moses got back from getting the 10 commandments. He breaks them from seeing that they were worshiping a golden calf made by their earings, bracelets, metal, etc.. Moses did get mad. I don't know what Jesus thinks about Santa. I think its wrong for telling your kids that their is a santa and there really isn't. THats lying.

The people were really just worshipping their god in the way they knew how. The god of Abraham was named El (as in El-Shaddai) and was a bull-god of the people of Ur. Moses' introduction of Yahweh was an evolution/update of their classic god... but the Hebrews weren't indoctrinated in the ways of the "new" god yet... and just went with what they knew when Moses wasn't there to guide them.

There's the history lesson I'm sure you were looking for :)

Moses gets bad? Maybe you mean "mad". Jesus and Santa are tight.
