I just realized myself, that it's so easy to answer peoples' questions here on Yahoo Answers, but when you have to answer the questions in your own family, when people you love dearly get upset with your answer, it gets a bit more difficult and painful. I know ya'll know this. Maybe I just had to "ask" this "question" to express my distress as I deal with disagreements with my Army son in Iraq. He's living proof that the U.S. Army makes your kids into men (or women), if not just much more rowdy and powerful kids. God Bless ya'll who answer here..

On here you aren't face to face and don't really know the ppl who's questions you're answering, so it's easier to come up with a response. It's different when you're trying to help your family, since you know and care about them, but I see your point.

yea your son is living proof that people are willing to die killing innocent people in other countries as they listen to a brainwashing president that is only interested in making more money for the rich. How come the army doesn't recruit in wealthy neighborhoods or private universities? how come they only go to working class meighborhoods and public schools? I'll tell you why, people they want to use middle class and working class people to fight a war that THEY and THEIR CHILDREN would never ever fight for, becuz it's not about freedom, it's about MONEY, OIL, MILITARY BASES....WAKE UP PEOPLE!! SEE THE GOVERNMENT FOR WHAT IT IS...THE NEWS LIES EVERYDAY...how come the news is different and shows the real violence in europe??? and here it seems like its all under control??? you're all brainwashed...i really pity you...i feel bad for your ignorance...which is not your fault...but the government's fault for not providing quality education...so sad.

The anonymity here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. But people can at least be honest.
