A hand job is more fun, but often not as effective. When getting a hand job, tell the person what feels good and what doesn't. Since some people respond more to stimulation on the head and others on the shaft. Some respond more to slow strokes, others to fast ones. Some want a consistent pace, other a varied one. So, no one will be automatically great at it for you without you telling them what will make it great. Then, when it feels especially good, tell them that, too!
I am guessing you are a young diabetic. Keep your blood sugars in close control, and this issue will matter to you for many, many years! When you get older, you will discover that high blood sugars or roller coaster control will have a huge impact on your ability to enjoy any kinds of sexual activity. Good luck!

I'm not sure, let me compare. Yessssss, ahhhhhh, yesss. Okay, and now for the hand job. Yessssss, aahhhhhhh, Yesss. Very similar, but a the hand job was not as good. But no one give a hand job to me, like me. I am the greatest.

no, a hand job feels a lot better. you anticipate the movement of your hand when u masterbate. its like tickling, it hard to tickle yourself but its easy for someone else

pretty much, but you can just lay back and enjoy it instead of doing the work yourself. I recommend it. (with your partner)
