Different places have different policies for this strippers/employees...

For example, some may choose to allow them to keep their own tips or some may require them to pay a certain fee (ie: 10%, etc) for the use of the VIP areas they use for earning their tips, etc...

Whatever you go with, ensure that your 'rippers are aware of the policy and how it works... Make sure they are happy with the arrangements as well because it will just mean everyone will be happier (the stripper, and especially the customer)

First of all, get a greenhorn stripper and directly tell them you get some percentum on their tips. You pay the strippers from the gate entry charges, that will be the price of beer, a ladies drink of probably the price of one bottle of champagne, and the tips are placed on a named stripper bottle to be divided per agreed percentages.
Lastly, as my pay for answering your questions, send me a nice photo of one of your stripper and her telephone number.
GOOD LUCK!

They have to "tip out", that is pay you a minimum like $50 per night. The ugly ones leave and the good ones make good money.

They keep their tips, you get the cover your patrons pay. You still pay them hourly though, as much as a waitress since they do get tips.

I usually charge them a flat 7.5% and insist that any credit cards they lift go directly to me since I have contacts that can fence them quite readily.
