You mean JUST a bra with no shirt. No, that's not okay. Why do girls want to walk around half naked, and then cry "I'm a victim" when the boys decide to take them up on their very blatant and "out there" advertising!?

If you're asking ONLY a bra, I would say no, although I would enjoy watching...it is not appropriate. If you are truely that desperate for attention on your breasts, stick with a white tank top, that'll usually do the trick.

Underwear are called that because they go underneath. That's just tacky. Women and girls should have more class and more respect for themselves than that. (And I'm speaking as a woman myself)
