ok well my 11 (will be 12 on september 15) is 4"10 and a half and weighs 110,shoe size is 7 1/2,and cup size is 36A is that bad what will she be like when she is older??????

depends..you would have to ask a doctor..i was only 4'8" or so and only weighed maybe 100 and had a shoe size of 4..but i am short

That definitely is a little overweight,exercises with her and take her out on long walks and tell if you don't lose a little weight you will really get mad once your older.
