Today, my wife updated Yahoo/windows Explorer. Now, that Yahoo page is totaly different, but not bad. The bad thing is, is that I can't cut and paste, or even change the viewing size of the text. There are no buttons such as file or tools. What happened and how can I get that back? I'm not that up on this, so please explain each step. Thanks.

Make sure she didnt accidentally change it to full screen mode by pressing the F11 key. You would not see the file|edit|favorites menu if it was. If you do have a menu at the top of the screen, try right-clicking on the menu bar and make sure everything you want is checked like menu bar, address bar etc.

Dude ...seriously ...Yahoo has been warning (advertising) for months now that they were going to change their website format. You can check your browser settings by right clicking the internet explorer icon... that's right ...right clicking then go to properties. Check your settings from there.
