When Gemini and Pisces come together in a love affair, they can make a very empathetic and mutually satisfying couple. Gemini is cerebral, quick-witted and silver-tongued, and can bring a dash of humor and intellectual direction to help focus Pisces's dreamy view of the world. Pisces has the gift of intuitive empathy; they connect very well with others on a rather subtle emotional level, and their dreamy nature makes them quite open-minded -- in short, Pisces expects the unexpected. Gemini is open-minded as well; mentally both agile and flexible, the Twins are gifted at seeing all sides of an issue and at communicating with other people. This relationship is all about flexibility and connection.
Gemini and Pisces make great friends as well as lovers. Pisces is rather emotionally sensitive and can get their feelings hurt when brash Gemini speaks without thinking. But even when they do have problems, these partners can forgive and forget easily. Neither Sign sees any reason to hold a grudge, Pisces because they understand their partner's true intentions, and Gemini because they simply don't have the time to dwell on past hurts.
Gemini is ruled by Mercury (Communication) and Pisces is ruled by Jupiter (Luck) and Neptune (Illusion). Jupiter, about learning and philosophy as well as luck, lends Pisces their desire to know more deeply, and Neptune makes Pisces so dreamy. Mercury is all about quick wit, innovation and invention -- Gemini's watch words. Pisces is able to understand Gemini's frequent new ideas on a deeply intuitive level.
Gemini is an Air Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. The combination of an intellectual focus with an emotional, intuitive grasp of the world makes decisions much more solid; if these two can work together, they can achieve much. Their only trouble is the communication breakdowns that can result if Pisces feels Gemini isn't understanding enough, or if Gemini feels hampered by Pisces's emotional sensitivity. The good thing is, both try to get over their own hurt feelings quickly.
Gemini and Pisces are both Mutable Signs, thus quite compatible. Both Signs are adaptable, flexible and very able to deal with change. They also tend to change their own minds quite a bit, so it's a good thing they're both so open-minded. Neither Sign needs to take the lead, and they both provide one another with plenty of space and freedom.
What's the best aspect of the Gemini-Pisces relationship? Their mutual interest in cultivating their knowledge and utilizing their intellect. They are well-matched in their flexibility. Their shared interests and similar personalities make theirs a very companionable relationship.
ALSO>>>>
Pisces, the Fishes, and Gemini, the Twins, are both mutable signs with dual symbols, so keep in mind this relationship involves at least two fish and a pair of twins! Many astrologers are not fond of the potential for compatibility between these two signs, but the bond of a common quality can be enough to keep you interested for life. Both signs love communicating in creative ways, so expect plenty of double entendres and meaningful silences. You could happily spend evenings doing crossword puzzles in ink, or attending the latest community performance... variety is the spice life for both of you, after all.
Gemini is ruled by fickle Mercury, and if there is one thing a Gemini fears, it is boredom. Pisces is usually anything but boring and you may even have your Gemini partner longing for a bit of emotional predictability. Gemini prefers to live in a world of ideas, while Pisces inhabits a world of emotions, making it necessary for the two of you to respect each other's boundaries. You can understand and appreciate Gemini's frequent new ideas on a deeply intuitive level.
This combination works best when both of you have matured, otherwise you are likely to call it quits before you have truly started. Gemini is rarely ready to commit early in life, while Pisces generally settles down early and often. These two often marry and divorce more than once. This combination can work best after at least one of you has had a 'starter' marriage, or two.
Pisces,a Water Sign and Gemini, an Air Sign, tend to come together in a refreshing, healing mist. The sex can be sublime, as the Twins' light touch can give life to the rich fantasies of the Fish. However, if Gemini doesn't give the sensitive Fish enough time and energy, he or she may move on in search of someone more attentive. If Pisces demands too much emotional energy, the Twins are likely to give up in exasperation. If Gemini can remember that you need regular assurances of love and you can accept Gemini's need to flirt with everyone everywhere, you can enjoy much in common.
You'll naturally have a lot of trouble accepting Gemini's fickleness and thoughtlessness and often Gemini is unable to put up with that Piscean trademark emotionalism and dreaminess. Insecure Pisces can often be possessive and clinging, while Gemini wants to have fun and move on. Both usually seek more dominant partners. This may not be the easiest combination of the Zodiac, but other planetary factors can make this one of the most imaginative and creative couples in the Cosmos. At the very least, the relationship will be unforgettable.

A Gemini/Pisces romance is filled with imagination. Gemini may be a little more likely to act on some whacky idea than Pisces , but Pisces will find Gemini’s wild and crazy side very attractive. Pisces needs nurturing, while Gemini needs action. Even if the two signs don’t hit it off romantically, they will probably find that they have so much in common and so much fun together that it’s sure to be a lasting friendship.

Pisces and Gemini are both dual signs. This can create problems as it can feel like 4 diffrent people in a relationship. The 2 are undeniably attracted to each other's intelligence and sense of humor but Pisces is easily hurt by Gemini's flippant nature and Gemini's become confused as to what they did wrong. It is a very passionate match for awhile but not the foundation for a happily ever after

Pisces and Gemini~
"Pisces is drawn by Gemini's wit and communicativeness, and Gemini is fascinated by Pisces's mystery. But this combination is as unstable as nitroglycerin- and likely to blow up. Pisces can't stand Gemini's fickleness and thoughtlessness. Gemini can't stand Pieces's emotionalism and dreaminess. Insecure Pisces is possessive and clinging, while Gemini wants to have fun and move on. In different ways, each is as shifting and changeable as the other. Pisces laks direction, while Gemini goes off in too many directions. Both need more dominant partners."

I say yes, only because I am a gemini and my fiance is a pices. We have been together for a year now and are expecting our first child together. We disagree on many occasions but we agree to disagree. We have learned to respect each others opinions. Most of are arguments have been civilized and intellectual. On the other hand, we have alot in common, despite our age difference and love to talk to each other. He motivates me and vice versa. We have really been able to sit down together and plan for our future together. We are both very comfertable in our relationship.

Check out Tarot.com!
Both are twin signs... but I like Pisces, as a Gemini. It's a matter of taming each other. :D
Good luck!

Both of you are very open-minded, adaptable and flexible people, who are receptive to many different points of view and ideas. You are both also quite changeable and fluid and sometimes inconsistent. If you are looking for a steadying hand or a rock of Gibraltar, look elsewhere.
Gemini approaches situations or problems in a more cerebral, rational manner, while Pisces relies more on intuition and feelings. Gemini may sometimes try to force Pisces to directly discuss an issue, which can be futile. Pisces may not be able to articulate ideas in as convincing a way as Gemini, but Pisces tends to draw upon a level of wisdom and sensitivity that is very deep, though difficult to formulate clearly in words. Gemini is more factual, like a reporter, and Pisces is more of a poet. You both must remember that there is truth in both ways of understanding the world. Gemini finds Pisces ineffable and enigmatic at times. Pisces find Gemini's nervous energy and hectic pace rather unnerving.
Pisces is intuitive, receptive, dreamy, and rather passive, while Gemini is more intellectual, verbal, quite restless, an often overly active or compulsively busy. Pisces has the sensitive temperament of a mystic, musician, or artist, while Gemini is more of a scientist or intellectual, fluent with logic and with language. Gemini is also something of a comedian, and must be careful not to make fun of something Pisces is sensitive about.
Gemini is emotionally light, detached, and able to be quite objective, while Pisces is very compassionate and can easily drown in emotions.
Both of you have very changeable moods and you are both open, impressionable, flexible, and sometimes flighty.
If Gemini can learn to respect Pisces's feelings, intuitions, and sensitivity, and Pisces can appreciate Gemini's rational, detached perspective, the two of you can get along very well.
The two of you do not always see eye-to-eye on issues, and it is very easy for Gemini to become critical of Pisces. Compounding the problem is Pisces's tendency to be very sensitive to criticism from Gemini and consequently react defensively to this criticism. This need not be a serious problem however; a little tolerance for each other's right to disagree and respect for individual differences is all it takes to make personal differences stimulating rather than annoying.
A lack of clarity and realism is destined to be one of the challenges in your relationship. It will, for instance, be very easy for you to project upon one another and upon your relationship all sorts of images which have very little correlation with the truth. Hopes, dreams, and other unconscious forces colour your perceptions when the two of you are together. Intentional fabrications, deceits, or even subtle implications which are neither precisely true nor absolutely false, can complicate your relationship considerably. Even with the purest of intentions, you both are apt to shake your heads from time to time, wondering "what is going on here?"
This relationship is destined to face some major obstacles, and it may be very difficult for the two of you to even come together in the first place. Some emotional distancing, which may take the form of one or both of you feeling very resistant or even "turned off" by the other, can be expected right from the start. One the other hand, outside circumstances may prevent you from the full sharing you would wish. In either case, unrequited and unfulfilled love will be a theme in your relationship.
Love and sexual expression can be difficult at times, your rhythm may be out, on many occasions. Premature ejaculation or early orgasm may occur.
Pisces enjoys acting childish and silly with Gemini. You enjoy playing games with each other, and there is also a strong element of fantasy and imagination in your romantic and sexual life.
The two of you will often get a little crazy or outrageous together, and have a great time doing it! You inspire one another to be spontaneous and to break out of restraints or inhibitions, which can be joyfully liberating or lead to foolish excesses and imprudent risk-taking. Your more adventurous, unconventional, or freedom-loving sides are sparked by one another and there is an element of unpredictability which makes your relationship feel alive. You'll experience many new discoveries and serendipitous happenings with one another.
There is a strong romantic quality to your relationship, but you will also experience times when the qualities of your partner contrast sharply with the qualities that you had envisioned that your "Ideal Lover" would have. Do not try to force your partner to conform to your desires; each person must be true to themselves.

Your signs are square (90° aspect) by sign. But we would need to determine if they were by degree as well. We would need full birth data for both people to calculate that. Place, date and exact times.
If they are square by degree than here's an interpretation:
http://www.cafeastrology.com/synastry/sun_sun_aspects.html
Sun square Sun in synastry:
Your relationship is dynamic and energizing. You challenge each other to grow and develop, but unfortunately the process tends to be abrasive and frustrating. The differences in your personalities, if not understood and handled properly, can lead to mutual frustration. Your life goals may often be at odds with one another, and this fact can deplete both of your senses of vitality. There can be distinct "ego wars" between you, especially if you are around each other often. Competitiveness can be a real problem. Although it may be pleasantly challenging at times, and especially at the beginning of your relationship, the need to defend one's basic personality can be draining. Your relationship can easily become a love-hate one.
Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.
Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.
The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.
