In this technology enriched society we find ourselves in, there will always be perplexities. Therefore, any answer may or may not meet your expectations. But with that said, I would not want to placed in an undignified position by insulting other ethnic groups.

I don't think there is a superior race, by I do believe every race has special attributes. We are not all the same or equal.
I think the word equal is overused(and misused). Humans are not numbers that they should be equal one to the other.
I honestly believe that race and ethnicity has a lot more to do with what we excell at or enjoy doing in life. The example of black athletes is a good one. How can anyone deny that blacks have a high percentage of athletically gifted people compared to other races and or ethnicities?
How can people deny an abnormally high achievement by many Asian groups in math?
I believe our race or ethnic group is where we start out. It is a group we belong to that may give us special gifts or attributes. There is nothing wrong with that.
Where it goes wrong is when people decide they don't want to let certain races or ethnicities try things outside what they are "known for". That should never be done.
As a latino living in the US, I don't automatically cry racism because my group is not represented enough in the circle of Fortune 500 CEO's. I am not ashamed to say that in many latino sub-groups, you have a significant percentage of people who's love and zest for enjoying life and family, puts them on a very different career path than a WASP or Jew who may live a life constant denial and sacrifice in order to head a 500 company. In the end, that does not mean that a Latino youth cannot decide to pursue that career path and be successful. That does not mean that a WASP or Jew cannot be more free-spirited, less high-strung, or whatever.
All races & ethnicities have gifts, tendencies, and even faults. However the individuals who make up those groups, are just that; individuals who may succeed at what ever they are willing to work hard and aspire to.
Equality is cliche. It is an overused buzzword that doesn't celebrate human individuality, it is ashamed of it.

I don't I have a definite answer for this, but this is some of what I think makes sense.
There are clusters of characteristics (physical) that can characterize groups. If you live in a cosmopolitan city like New York, London or Sao Paulo, in which several immigration groups still have a tendency to stick together, you eventually get a hang of telling the difference from the descendants of Japanese and Koreans, to name only two. So even in what is usually considered a "race", there are differences.
It would be silly political correctness to suppose that the differences are only exterior. Even medicine is taking a "racial" approach in creating drugs and treatment protocol, in recognition that different "races" or ethnic groups are different inside too. From a genetic point of view, these differences are very small and as groups migrate and missegenate, these differences will be blured out (hopefully).
The tricky part is when you ask if one is superior. An easy and correct way to dismiss, your question is saying that there isno such thing in biology. For example, although we like to think of humans as superior, from a bologist's point of view, cockroaches or fugi may be superior from an evolutionary point of view. Actually, it would be more correct to say is bertter adapted to such and such envioronment. For example, a virus could completely wipe out an entire species and not another or a race and not another.
So, assuming we might have differences in intelectual abilities and physical capacities, it would still not be correct to say that one race is superior.
Personally I think it's better to consider that whatever differences we may have are confounded by other factors, such as cultural and individual differences. So, let's say that Jews and Asians are smarter than Caucasians and Blacks, which are in turn stronger. Even IF that were a statistical truth (after you could remove the competeing factors), the fact is that individual perseverance and cultural aspects could completely change the initial advantages.

I don't really think that there is a superior race out there b/c God created everyone equally so everyone has the same capability and mentality, is just that people don't put it into action or don't manage how to use it which that is the problem for some people. But in overall I think that men and women are all the same, sometimes men try to be the superior ones but were all the same just different in personality and other ways.

Actually, every race is superior.
There is a reason for the evolution of each race. The attributes of each race are a result of environmental (and in some cases, cultural) environment that allow people with those features to survive better than those without. So, on their own terms, each race is superior. So claiming one race is superior requires that both are graded by a standard that is common, which is by definition impossible on any short term basis. It's comparing apples and oranges.
The same is true with the sexes. Each evolved to fulfill their roles the best. So each is superior in fulfilling it's roles.
The question should really be, is any given race or sex more superior in adopting to roles or environments that they are not originally adapted to? Perhaps, but that can never be answered in a single generation. As races (sexes) are exposed to different environments or roles, they will adapt, changing the nature of their race to meet the new challenge. That new race, like all races that preceded it, will be superior for it's role.

I don't believe in races. True, there are people that come from certain parts of the world that may look similar or have certain pigmentation; however, I am somebody that can't understand why anybody would be racist or could think along those lines, because to me, people were always people and I never really tried to judge a person by how they speak or how they look. If any race is superior at all, it is the human race.

I do not believe there is a superior race nor do I believe we are all created equal. If everyone was equal it would make our existence really rather dull, don't you think? We watch all types of sports hoping the team(s) we choose have the best athletes, the companies we opt to work for we hope supersedes all the rest, and yes, even in our own families we expect one member to rise above the rest. The point is everyone is amazing at something and there will always be someone who is the best at something. This is one of those paradoxes of life where in our conscience mind we feel we are all equals and if one person is capable of doing something than we all are but deep down in our sub-conscience we know the dark truth of the matter, there is no equal but just basic existence as constant rivals. It's how one accepts fate that counts.

I don't believe there is a superior race or sex. All people are equal in the eyes of God and should be equal in each others eyes as well. Discrimination does still exist but that's based on the ignorance and intolerance of some people and doesn't make anyone superior or inferior to anyone else.

No, there is no superior race. Sometimes the best ____ in the world is black, sometimes white. And the best ____ in the world may be Asian or Semitic. Fill in the blanks with whatever basis you would use to compare, but others may use a different basis. On average, we are all as capable of any great feat, or great horror as anyone else.
Men are not superior to women either, though they have different roles (as assigned by God) they are still only half of what makes life possible, and half of what makes life worth living.

The word race also denotes the basic and perhaps oldest competition, the dash to the finish line. So the word itself contains the answer... that superiority cannot be bestowed but must be achieved. Throughout history change is the only constant, at one time the Romans ruled the earth and building on their many achievements today time has led us to a place where America wields the baton of power and it seems likely it shall pass to China and my beloved India. ;-)

No, there's no such thing as a "superior" race... not in my opinion. Every single person on earth has something unique and valuable to add to the world just by living. We need to learn to appreciate each other's differences and to learn from them. This would make all of us "better" human beings! It is our differences that we all have in common... and our special talents, skills and gifts are things we need to learn to share and to be receptive to. I'm glad we are "not all the same"- how "boring" that would be! It would be wonderful if we could all learn to value each other as much as we value ourselves, and embrace what is unique and revere it.
