They're jellylike candies similar to Swedish fish or Dots, except shaped like little fruits. They also tend to be somewhat firmer than other jelly candies, but that may be because they tend to go stale more quickly.

Incidentally - Jujyfruits is the brand name of the original. 'Juji'fruits or 'juju'fruits are imitations. Under no circumstances should they be confused with the marginally edible Jujubes.
