I want to attend a large school, with advertising as a major, and I love sports,so strong athletics is a must. I'm considering Ole Miss, UVa, Clemson, Auburn, and Kansas State. Any other suggestions? I live in Va.by the way.

I would suggest going to collegeboard.com and utilizing their search engine by the major/career you are interested in and matching that with schools you can pursue them at. Make sure you read about the statistics of the school and the resources they have available (24 hr libraries, the rate of graduates finding jobs, etc.). Be proactive and take initiative. The only one that is going to invest in your quest 100% is you. Advisors, professors, etc will help those who help themselves, but even then there are so many students that you have to be activly engaged in investing in your greatest asset: you.

You need to come to California and go to a school in Los Angeles or San Fran. All will have superb advertising programs, and networking and interning opportunities that you could never imagine.

You want to be in advertising, you need to be where people need do ads--California or NY.

And all the big schools here are big on sports...just look at USC.

You should just look over all the schools on the internet and pick the one you like the most.
