Why was there a drop on haveing black and white babies?

It seems like the only people haveing babies are these mexicans.No offense to any mexicans.But what happend?

its not a drop in a certain color of child
its a world wide drop in people , the japanese , french and other people are having this happen too. I think its cultural
in culutural groups where women are staying in school longer, trying for carreers before marriage and have no bias toward birth control medications the birth rate is dropping to having only one or two children.

I think because times are hard today,people don't have time having children when gas is high.They don't have enough money to pay for child support and all that,people got to go work and stuff.They don't have time dealing with children.All these Mexicans having these babies for one reason so they can stay in America.Bush brought all these Mexicans here in the first place and now he trying to send them back,they need to impeach Bush.

I'm not trying to offend anyone - I'm not prejudice or anything. There are a lot more mexican people in the United States than ever before...especially in the area that Ilive in. Mexicans are the fastest growning minority where I live....

well mostly because mexicans have 10-20 kids per family, so when all those kids have kids (and they start at12 yrs. old), it won't take long for us to be pushed out of our own country. one mexican man and one mexican woman will produce about 250,000 offspring in their lifetime, while the rest of us only produce about 10-12. you do the math, sad isn't it??????
