No one can cash a check without an ID. But you can endorse the check to anyone who has a checking or savings account. Once you endorse the check (that is, sign the back of the check), the check can be cashed by anyone who has the check and has a checking or savings account. So if you know someone who can cash checks, endorse the back of the check, give it to them, and have them give you the money.

The age doesn't matter. As long as they have a checking or savings account and an ID, they can cash checks.

Hi! No, you need to show some sort of I.D. If you cash it at the Bank where the check was issued, they will want two different types of I.D. I use my Driver's License and my FOID Card.
You can sign the check over to an adult with a bank account.
On the back, just sign your name, and put, "Payable to "Jim Smith" or whatever his/her name is. Then have "Jim" cash it for you. Take it to the bank that the check was issued at, and you should have no problem. Good Luck!

Either a parent or a sibling with a bank account can cash it for you!!
or what you can do is ask your parents to deposit it into their account and then cash a personal check for the amount deposited!!

im almost positive you have to be 18 years of age in the United States to cash a check. on the back you can sign it over to your parents and they can cash it for you.

I dunno. I was from a small town where everyone knew who I was. I never had any trouble with it. We didn't need ID's.
