You can add such effects with any halfway decent photo editing program..like Photoshop. It's called lens flare...twinkle...dpending on the program.

If you're talking about the glint from the earring, there's two possibilities.

The first is that they set the lights and took several pictures until they got one where the light and earring were just right and had a good glint going.

The second possibility is that it's a photo-manip.

Personally, I'd go with the second possibility myself. Way easier to do with Photoshop or something like that.

it could be a different earring, or in this picture the flash is turned on so the flash is reflecting off the earring. Or the could have simply photoshoped the sparkle to make it look cooler.

My opinion....looks like its been enhanced by a photo program and the sparkle on the earring has been added. Really not hard to do with a photo editing program.

they are real diamonds. when the light catches them just right they shine. or it is enhanced
