i only live with my dad and i feel embarrassed to ask him to buy them

You can find free samples online. Just google free make up samples, etc. I actually have seen bra samples. Since you must be 13... ( you screen name says so ) are you looking for these items for free because they wont buy them for you? You have to be 18 on most of the sample sites.

I think you can get free makeup at the mall but its samples! And I'm not to sure on the bra.

Go to an adult woman he trusts, and ask her about it. Go up to your dad (if you dont have the money) and be like "Dad, I need money." if he asks what its for say "Girl stuff." he'll understand. They ask an adult female you trust to take you to buy some stuff.
OR
Go to the cosmetics place of the mall.. and their are PLENTY of
free things! You can also get a free makeover!
