why don't my friends pay me attention ?

I moved here two and I have three new friends who have been BFF s bfore I got here but they always talk about the good old days but never talk about stuff I can relate to.

you're trying to horn in on their turf. Be a pal now. Eventually you'll build a history and when they talk about that past you'll be in it. But it sounds like you're pushing in and that's just going to get you isolated.

just go with it for a while..believe me i moved here like 5 years ago and even though i have a lot of friends but my town is a little town and most of the people in my school have been going to school together since elementry school and i did not come in the pic till 7th grade so usually we have a blast together but some times @ slumber parties or when we are hanging out soemthing from the past would come up and i would not know anything about it so i just laugh with em and accept that they have known each other far longer then me...same thing happens when i talk about my old friends they have no idea what the hell i am talkin about.. :) so just bear it for a while....

well they have been bff long before you go there so you can't expect them not to talk about their past at all. just ask about it if you want to be able to relate. and as the first guy said soon you guys will have stuff to talk about as well. remember you are new so you can't just expect things to happen, rather you have to adapt more than the people who are already there because well they already have established their friends

Be thankful you already have three friends,and I bet they are thankful too,because of you,..each one of your buddies have three friends,too!!
