Add green, that means add more flowers add more trees, trees with fruits are better.

Try learning to spell, type or punctuate. Just pick one area and start, it would be a fantastic help to the rest of us who are trying to read it.
Second:
I believe if I understand any of it, the city is telling you you have to plant something back where you eradicated the foliage.
