I would do it if I could be granted the following five requests:
1. Be named "Absolute King of the World" for the 30 day period. (If I'm going to save everyone else then its only fair I get to be #1).
2. Financial Security for my family forever (Pretty easy to do, just give them a unlimited value credit card they never have to pay off)
3. I want the cure to be administered in suppository form only (Just because I'm evil like that)
4. I want to be remembered as "*my name* the Great", be knighted by the Queen before my death, declared a Saint by the Pope after my death, and have a really big memorial statue in my hometown.
5. I want the worlds greatest writers to compile a biography of my life and I want a required full page biographical summery of my life put into every history book in the world.
If only 4 out of these 5 could be done then I would not do it.

Well I see it this way, I could save many lives for giving my one. I would be looked up to for years to come. Depending on your defintition of ails there would be no pain or suffering. It would save many people so I would. But then comes in the problem of overpopulation.
