Dlete all temperary internet files and cookies. To do this just open your internet browser, go to tools, click on "clear private data", check all boxes, and than click "ok"

delete stuff off ur computer that you dont use. go 2 my computer then click add/remove programs
also delete cookies...click start then run then type in cookies then click search and delete the files

getting rid of other people who use it to give yourself more bandwidth...
If you have less than cable, you're going to have to upgrade to cable. If you have cable, use the first solution.
