There are a lot of variables to this question!
Are we talking a commercial flight? If so, this would depend on other connecting flights and Murphy's law.
Now here's a thought that comes to mind. Some planes never make it!
I once had to wait 45 minutes while the ground mechanics fixed an electrical problem. Talk about a mind game on that flight!
10-12 hours with a 1-2 hour layover at Chicago.

Well it is a 5 hour flight from here to LA. and 6 from there to Columbus Ohio. So you are looking at roughly a 11 hour flight......

According to www.delta.com, it would take about 10 hours of flight, but most of them have 2 or 3 layovers that could bump up your travel time to 18 hours at the most.

Not sure but I live in hawaii ang go to school in Nebraska, that's a 9 hour flight (minus the stop over in phoenix)

aprox. 8-10 hours....That is only if there are no snakes on your plane. Snakes getting onto planes is a huge problem now days.
