My first thoughts upon seeing a woman is - does she have nice hair. I always observe and notice women's hair first. My thoughts - depending on the circumstances - are usually in a physical nature. I think most men experience that no matter how old a woman is. Just a "guy" thing.
My thoughts do not reflect any intentions, usually. The bottom line is: She is attractive or she is not. On a personal note: I love women with long hair and a great demeanor. A bit of body language I can relate to.

Nothing unusual, unless you are mad. Don't you have a mother,sister, aunt;etc. Thus, they are women too.

overall apperance, eg,,,she may be nice looking but her dressing puts her off...eg..she may be an average looking girl but her pleasant smile scores tons of points too.....
rose are beautiful but it mays pin u down too....

I wonder who she did, when she did him/her, what way she did him. Is she wearing underwear? What would she look like in lingerie? Pierced or not pierced? and so on..
