I was seeing a guy for 9 yrs and just found out he had another family in tenn. He travels all the time and he told me he quit seeing the Mom yrs ago. In fact he refers to her as a "Physcotic Drunk" and has cheated on her for yrs. Different women all over. The adult stepdaughter yells at me about leaving her family alone. I wrote one email telling her I had been informed of their exsistence and she went ballistic. How come he comes out smelling like a rose? I was not mean just surprised. I thought her mom had a right to know and she needed to stop being so tough on her. Of course she defended the stepdad. Why the heck would someone do that. My kids, like me want nothing to do with him since he betrayed all of us. I am sorry she is hurt but I did not hurt her. Should I bother to try and let her see this? Or is this kid too blind to his bad side? He kept telling me what I know now are lies and yelled at me for being suspicious.Personally I was happy to find out . Kicked him to the curb!

Move on leave all of those people alone they sound seriously messed up....you don't have to make her understand anything their family is way to dysfunctional your probably the least of their problems

I thinks thats good that you kicked him to the curb. I know that your experiencing some hurt and pain. But dont let him come back into your life. Bc he was wrong and shouldve just told you the truth from the beginning. And as for the daughter, she just has personal issues going on, and wanted to take it out on someone, try to blame her life problems on someone else. Bc if her mom is a "drunk" then shes getting treated like hell all the time and needs someone to talk too.

She is attacking you because she has to attack someone - and she is stuck with him. So playing the "homewrecker" script is an easy way to vent some frustration - that everyone agrees should be pointed elsewhere.
Just laugh about it and don't enguage her again. You cannot make her like you - or even think that you are an OK person. Just walk away.

My dad was also a cheater and i had hate for the girl because she did not care he had a family..it takes someone pretty low to break up a home..(i know the man is out looking but if i was in her shoes i would have nothing to do with him unless he was unmarried and living alone..if he is going to break up his home i would not want any part of it.)
As for taking it out on her..its easier no one wants to hate their dad..for girls most dads are their hero's..
I would just leave it alone..she will understand one day..but she will never forgive you
But for you i feel for due to the fact you both were hurt..you did not do it knowing he had a family but she wi ll not believe that..again its easier that way for her.

Some battles are better left alone. I think this is one of them. She will learn in her own time what a louse he is.Good for you for kicking him out. He deserved that.
