Stare at your eyes in the mirror without blinking until you pass out. This takes time to do, especially the first time, and the amount of time varies from person to person. Some can achieve this state in just a few short hours. With others it may take days and still other never can achieve it and go into epileptic fits.

depends, what are you trying to do? If you are trying to go to sleep, here's how you do it-

Lay in bed in the dark in a comfortable position. Starting at the top of your head, concentrate on relaxing each body part individually, thinking of nothing else. Every time your mind slips start over. Eventually it will work and you will be sound asleep. The furthest I ever remember getting is the tips of my fingers.

Thinking ahead past this question, how do you un-hypnotize your self? It would suck walking around hypnotized for the rest of your life.

I think that you can't hypnotize yourself, though you can make yourself very relaxed and use your dreams to help solve problems in your life.

I don't think you can...you have to be in a such a relaxed, idle state that you can't hypnotize yourself, you would need someone else to do it for you if it's possible.

This method always works:
Look into a mirror..
say to yourself "you're getting sleepy"
keep repeating this until you fall under your spell.
Then give yourself silly commands like "bark like a dog"
or "cluck like a chicken".
