i only weigh 85 pounds i am 5'2 in height and my collarbones are beginning to stick out!i am eating as much as i can without overeating and exersizing normal amounts,what can i do to gain some weight?i am scared of getting an eating disorder!please help! serious answers only please!

i am not naturally skinny,i used to be overweight and hen i started doing karate and the weight was lost.and i do eat lots of junk food,my freinds have called me the junk food queen.and my family eats fast food almost every day nd i am on medication,30mg of Adderall XR and 10mg of Fluoxetine,could these be causing it.oh,and if you don't know,Adderall XR s for ADHD and Fluoxetine is an anti depressant.

I'm underweight and my doctor put me on Ensure plus. I eat healthy and I eat all of the dessets I can. Drink Ensure, and eat lots of desserts. Don't worry about overeating right now because the exercise will keep you fit.

Maybe the statement you made about eating as much as you can without overeating is a clue. Keep a food diary and at the end of each day see how many calories you are eating. Not enough, I bet. If all else fails, finish off each meal with a Little Debbie. That will do the trick!

lots of milkshakes and cheeses and peanutbutter also some good vitamins. my Dr. gave me b12 shots to pick up my appetite when I had epstien barr virus. took them for a few months make sure you are eating foods from all the food groups. ice creme is better than doughnuts which clog the arteries so eat sensible foods that are fattening not bunches of junk food ,if you cant eat 3 meals eat 4 smaller meals a day and snacks. frozen yougart is good and is better for you than ice cream and tastes better to take a 20 minute walk daily at your own pace. you also do not say how old you are. are you a teen or a young adult?

First see a doctor because I'm almost sure that is some kind of a medical condition. Eat plenty but not too much junk food. And lift weights for excercise.

Time to see a nutritionist or other health care provider. You need some professional input to help you get back on track. You are afraid of "overeating". I don't think that is a problem for you. Get some ideas from someone who knows how to help. And don't eat junk just to pack on pounds. That will make things worse.

Don't do so much cardio exercise....and start strength training. That will make you look more toned and give you a few pounds. Eat lost of protein filled foods also.

u won't get an eating disorder until u stop eating or throw-up after u eat. if u want to gain wait, thts the opposite of an eating disorder so don't worry about it

Well, don't excersice, and eat Twinkies all day. And maybe melt some butter on top of them. And roll it in salt. That should do the trick.

Stop exercising heavily and just walk on occasion and eat regular daily meals and im sure itll work just be regular and youll stay as beautiful as u are.

eat a large portoin of starches and dont exercise as much. that or eat sum health bars that make u gain weight.
