Well as strange as it sounds I read and heard that if u read and talk to the baby ( while it's in ur belly) that may do something. U can put some that looks like those ear phones u listen to the radio with on ur belly and play music to the baby.

So may if u try that it may help.

You cannot do a whole lot, a lot is genetics, eat salmon (not too often), Omega vitamins are great. Play music via headphones onto your stomach. Read outloud. Make sure you eat healthy and keep fit. Folic acid and keep up your prenatal vitamins daily.

Buy the entire collection of the "Encyclopedia Britannica", and read very loud so the baby can hear you.

Think smarter and eat very well, read a lot, no drinking,no smoking,walk a lot, put your feet up, plu get all your check up's on time............
