This is a nice little pine with good "bones". I'd like to make it into a bonsai and need some ideas. This is also known as the Swiss Mountain pine.

I hope you are aware that Mugo pines are extremely susceptible to worms (if this is an outdoor plant). Make sure you inspect your tree regularly because the worms will infest the tree entirely. It's actually pretty disgusting to see.

Start clipping and see what you can make of it. Play your favorite music for inspiration.
