Nope.

You won't get any compensation, because the city has a requirement to make sure the roads stay in good condition.

Hi
This very thing is happening to a friend of mine who has a small drive through restaurant.
What he did was go to the city and complain about the situation. You should have recieved some kind of notice from the city or zoning board about the construction, especially if if has a direct impact on your business access. If not then contact the city where you are and find out who you can talk to about it because they may make an offer to compensate or provide better access to your business while the construction is going on.
You may not get anything, but it is your business and it is sure worth a try.
My friend who had the similar problem has been offered money to help them while the construction is going on.
Good luck
