These days you don't have to be smart, talanted or even good looking to be called a "Celebrity", the worlds gone celebrity mad, everyone just wants to be famous and they don't really care what for. In the last 10 years everything has changed, I preferred it when famous people were put on a pedestal because they were good at something and being talanted, I can't stand it that reality shows make "celebrities" out of good for nothing wannabee's - it is a joke - So to answer your question, No I would not want to be a celebrity, but in the past I have met a few real ones

I think being a celebrity would be pretty cool for about a day or so. I would get tired of the press and false rumors about me. I've never met a celebrity...yes I know, I need to get a life. If I'd get off of Yahoo Answers I would have one.

I would like to be a minor celebrity who's not in the mainstream but still respected, and I did meet a few celebrities who were generally unhappy people.

I've met quite a few coz my brother and boyfriend are actors so I get to go to premieres etc with them. Have met Joaquin Phoenix, Rory Cochrane and Famke Janssen a few times now. Most recently met Matt McConaughey.
I wouldn't like to be a celeb because I value my private life, my bro and boyf already get recognised a little which is a bit scary sometimes!

I would like the money but not the media intrusion.
I met Ronan Keating once while on work experience. Without knowing t was him (I was reading a book) I told him to **** off. When I looked up I don't know who was more shocked- him or me? I'm no a big fan but not exactly a good thing to do while on work experience.

a would hate to be a celeb because u couldnt do anything without everybody knowing, eg. u couldnt even think about having a baby without the press knowing, like wen jenifer aniston and her new lad were talking about having a baby, and all of a sudden it was in all of the mags.
and i havnt met a celeb but my mam once met ronan keeting in a chippie!
a was only little though!!
