That is because of osteoporosis or weakening of bones due to lack of calcium. As we grow older our bones become brittle. So guzzle up on milk while still young so you won't end up like Quasimodo.

Osteoporosis is half the answer. When one gets osteoporosis in the vertebrae a vertebra can collapse, partially. When this does in the thoracic area it can cause the tilt, which is called a kyphosis, or dowager hump.

Calcium, exercise, and a diet that prevents osteoporosis. What kind of diet is that? According to the books I have read regarding diabetes, it is a diet that prevents or controls hyperinsulinemia, a precursor condition for diabetes type 2, hypoglycemia and heart trouble.

Osteoporosis is usually the cause. Make sure you are taking at least 500 mg of calcium a day, every day unless your doctor states otherwise. Women will develop the maximum bone mass by the age of 30 and it can begin to deteriorate then. In other words if you are in your early 20's are so you can take preventative measures to try to maxify your bone mass.

Yes, it's normal. She does it because it feels good. Kids often develope and experiment with sexual feelings at this age and even much younger. Often they discover these feelings much younger than most parents are comfortable with. But there's nothing wrong with her and there's nothing particularly unhealthy about it. Whatever you decide to do, I suggest you don't make her feel ashamed of herself because of what she is doing. That can have repercussions that effect her for a long time. I would sugggest not worrying about it and give her some privacy.

Osteoperosis: for some people, it's a degenerative bone disorder that can wreak painful havoc on the spine, causing it to curve outward into a "hump" like appearance.

Women have higher odds for osteoperosis. The best weapon against osteoperosis is CALCIUM. Drinking and/or eating foods or medicines high in calcium is your best defense against osteoperosis.

Its a well known fact that in some remote areas like Wales and certain parts of Yorkshire that people often relieve themselves in odd ways like making love to sheep. They do say that a person often comes to resemble their pet. Perhaps they have a secret penchant for camels. If they want to keep a straight back try making love to something that can press up against a flat surface like a wall.
