i'd say about 105-120 is healthy.. any more than that is a little overweight. but if you're over that.. if you are talking about yourself, just try to eat healthier and excersize, i'm also sure it's because your body is changing and it's going to get a little bigger, and then you'll slim out. don't worry about it. you're still young. enjoy you're preteen-teen years while they last!!

Manda is right, get lots of sleep, exercise, eat properly which means not alot of chips and coke but try a little of everything. You are only 12 and you are 5'2 already so have fun too.

The healthiest with is 94 pounds if your 100 or more you are in good shape. If you are below 80 that is not that healthy. If your planning on losing weight then you should go on good safe diet. Also take part in weight watchers they can help you with this matter. if you are over wieght EVENTUALLY YOU WILL SLIM OUT

well i am 5'3 and i should weigh 120-130 lbs. but were all different dont go by weight go by eating healthy and exercise

k im thirteen 5,2 and around 97 pounds so 90-100 is healthy- cuz im healthy lol

first of all I know first hand what you mean cause I'm as old as you are and really you shouldn't be concerned about your weight it depends on what YOU think about how you look
