I have a feeling my wife is cheating on me, any fool proof/low tech way to find out for sure?

All the tell-tales I find on the net points me out as a cheater as well (and I´m not cheating), so I do not trust these tips.

If you really want to know without any accusations destroying what you may have left with your marriage, you must be covert. Save any bewilderment with her until you, check her cell phone often and record all the numbers and find out who she is having those conversations with, see if she is where she said she will be, check the odometer on her car, pay attention to her body language, look thru her belongings for places she may have gone that you knew nothing about. Use any means to take a real hard look at what could be happening behind the scenes. Cheaters can be very crafty liars and may not leave much of a trail either. I unfortunately have some experience with this. If you are really unsure, do not get caught spying. It will put much additional stress on what you may have left for any recovery if she finds out you been lurking on her behind her back. Of course if you can afford a private investigator and be able to hide that cost, I would seriously consider that option as well. I hope you are wrong. Good luck.

Go to the spy shop. they sell items such as a hat, ie. the hat has a built in camera-she will never know how you got the info. Radio shack sells a two way telephone recording devise. you will need an extra phone jack and a very small recorder. once yo plug in the devise, it will record both sides of the conversation From start(dialing and ringing) to the hang up(click). Many of these items are very low tech, and not that expensive. The radio shack equiptment may cost under $60.00. I am sure you have an extra phone jack in a back room, childs room, or when she is not home get some one to do a quick installation.

Use the same tactics she use on you,
if its happening in your home, put on a pair of white socks and skate the floor (bathroom) for hair. Let the toilet seat down before leaving home. Check the amount of cups, glasses that are in the sink or drain board (if no kids). get a camera.

If she is leaving home having an affair. Help her get dressed in the morning by fixing her bra strap, from the rear twist one strap around (you'd be surprised that most women can't tell). Lightly snag a stocking or sock in and inconspicuous area on the right foot. Did she come home with it on the left foot?

Get crazy! Send her a card, candy, and flowers " SIGNED: A FRIEND" and see if she tell you about them. Have a good friend (she doesn't know) that you trust, try to date her, you can give him all the right tips to work with, and see if she find interest, (CAUTION: this one could back fire). You could also call CHEATERS.

If you try this stuff, maybe you should just leave anyway.......?

Have her take a polygraph, but first express ur feelings in a way that is not accusing, if you do she will take offense, especially if she not cheating. Apologize for ur doubt in her, and ASK her if she would be will to take the test. And let her know you will be willing to do the same, let her know that its nothing that she did, but u just need to get rid of some of the insecurity lingering in the back of ur mind. Good Luck

Been there, done that:

1. Does she avoid certain Sexual positions? (usally the male lover will tell them not to do DOGGIE or RIDE, this way they have some control)
2. Has her Lingerie been more RISQUE than usual? Check her drawers, does she have MORE bras and panties than usual?
3. New perfumes.
4. Can she tell you where she was? and realize that GIRLS/WOMEN always support each other (unless her friend wants to SLEEP with you.
5. unexplained, late arrivals or frequent calls to you (this is done to make sure your gonna be gone for awhile, so that she can enjoy her sex with her lover.
6. Emotional coldness to you.

not only do you feel like a fool, you are one. i stayed with a man who cheated on me and had several other kids besides our two - for 18years. was i the fool? you better believe it. i was beaten, left stranded at work while he was out cheating, etc.... your kids know she is cheating of course. i stayed for the kids we had and when they were in their 20's they said, "why did you stay?" and when i said for them, their reply was,"that was stupid". your kids can see the tension between you guys and that is not good, plus they will grow up thinking this behavior is normal. so you want that? leave her or let her go on her merry cheating way, divorce her and get on with your life. i found the best person for the rest of my life in 2004 after the last episode of crap in 1987 so there is a light at the end of the tunnel as long as you do not see her.

I'm amazed at all the sniffing that's going on out there!!!
So, what normally happens...the suspected cheater comes in the door and yells... "honey, I'm home!" Then the spouse runs over, pulls down his/her pants, sniffs the crotch and???? Or do you take a more subtle approach and sniff when they're sleeping???

Bring up a conversation about fidelity and see what her reactions are. Watch for certain signs in her body language. Also bring up a conversation about the guy you suspect she's cheating with. Her face and body language will give her away.

I my view dont ask her directly unless you are sure about, because it is a sensitive matter and my advice is show how much youlove her (if at all she is cheating she must understand that you love her in such a way that she can stop cheating) spare tme for her.
