i know your prolly gonna think im lame but. im 18. and i dont have my licence. but what do i need to go in and get it. i really have no idea. i should prolly just go in and ask. but this seems easier. help?

that depends on the state that you're from. i can only help if you're from new jersey. I think you'd probably at least need some document proving that you're legally in this country and proof of age and address

You call the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, let them know you want a license, and ask where you go to be tested.

Then you call and make an appointment. You take a written test, and when you pass that, you take a road test.

Pass that, and you get a license. You should take your social security card with you for identification, and whatever other documents they require from you. (ask)

You have to take a written, vision and road test. You have to take your birth certificate and maybe social security card. I think that's all. And money...It probably differs in each state. Call your local DMV to be sure.

If I remember correctly, I brought in my Social Security card I know.... but that was all I remembered. I think you also need personal property taxes and something else.

Birth Certificate , ss card, insurance , piece of mail with your addy, almost every private thing you have
